How Replay Gained 72% Revenue with Trend-Matched Products

Brand Snapshot
The Objective
Our Approach
We built a trend-to-revenue pipeline that turns fashion signals into campaign assets that actually sell. We start by finding the signals that matter. We tracked what actually drives fashion discovery, monitoring Google Trends and autocomplete for terms like "retro denim" and "baggy jeans for women," analyzing editorial content in fashion media, following Reddit discussions, and watching YouTube style influencers across the DACH region. Every week, we identified high-potential trends and matched them with Replay's existing product catalog and stock levels.
The next step was about turning insights into sales-ready content. Over four weeks, we launched 12 landing pages focused on trending themes like "bootcut jeans," "how to wear denim on denim in 2025," and "trending jeans for spring 2025." Each page came with Meta ad sets targeted to the matching audience segment, using language, visuals, and tone aligned with what people were actually searching for.

Results
The numbers prove that timing matters in fashion marketing:
- 72% revenue uplift on products featured in trend-based campaigns
- Higher engagement on Meta campaigns tied to trending topics
- Efficient execution: 12 themed pages launched within 30 days
This proved the value of a trend-powered content layer for ecommerce merchandising - showing that the right message at the right moment beats generic product promotion every time.
